It is true that we are looking for an agent to represent us in [country/area], and we think that most of the terms quoted in your draft contract are acceptable. However, the per cent commission you quoted on c.i.f. invoice values is too high, and we cannot accept it. We usually pay commission not more than per cent on net invoice values.
